About Us
About SKYLOADOUT
SKYLOADOUT is a specialist online shop for drone accessories. Our motto is simple: everything but the drone. We help pilots get more out of the drones they already own, with protective cases, screen protectors, propellers, filters, landing pads, storage bags and other essentials for popular models such as the DJI Mini, Mavic, Air and Neo series.
Who we are
SKYLOADOUT is operated by Steven Seidler, based in Eschborn, Germany. We are a registered German business with VAT ID DE369135267, and every order is handled personally with care.
What we stand for
- Curated accessories. We focus on practical, useful gear, not clutter.
- Transparent pricing. The price you see already includes German VAT.
- Honest shipping. We ship to Germany and the EU, with tracked delivery. Typical delivery takes about 1 to 2 weeks, and we say so upfront rather than promising the impossible.
- Real support. Your questions are answered by a real person, usually within 24 to 48 hours.
