1. Return window
You can return any item within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. This is your statutory right of withdrawal as an EU consumer; the full legal text is included below.
2. How to arrange a return, step by step
- Email us at info@skyloadout.com with your order number. A short reason helps us improve, but it is not required.
- We reply within 24 to 48 hours on business days with the return address and simple instructions.
- Send the items back within 14 days of your notification. Please pack them securely.
- As soon as your return arrives, we process the refund and confirm it by email.
Please contact us before sending anything back. Announced returns can be matched to your order and are processed much faster.
3. Condition of returned goods
Returned items should be unused, complete and in their original packaging. You only have to compensate for a loss in value if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
4. Who pays for the return shipping
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Exception: if you received a damaged, defective or wrong item, the return costs you nothing; contact us first and we will take care of everything.
5. Refunds
We refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. The refund is made with the same payment method you used for the purchase and is free of charge for you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you sent them.
6. Damaged, defective or never arrived
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 14 days with your order number and, where applicable, a photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. Details are described in our Shipping Policy.
7. Statutory right of withdrawal (legal text)
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. For an order covering multiple goods delivered separately, the period runs from the day on which you took possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Steven Seidler, Langer Weg 1, 65760 Eschborn, Germany, email: info@skyloadout.com, phone: +49 176 83324456) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods where this is due to handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
