1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via this online shop of Steven Seidler, in the version valid at the time of the order.

2. Contracting party

3. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products does not constitute a binding offer. By clicking the order button you place a binding order. The purchase contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email or deliver the goods.

4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are final prices including statutory VAT. Shipping costs are stated separately during the order process and in our Shipping Policy: standard shipping Germany 5.99 € (free from 55 € order value), express shipping Germany 9.99 €, EU standard shipping 13.99 € (free from 55 € order value).

5. Delivery

Delivery is made from our international partner warehouses (primarily in Asia) to Germany and to selected EU countries; the exact list of delivery countries is stated in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Delivery time is usually approx. 1 to 2 weeks unless stated otherwise on the product page.

6. Payment

You can pay with the following payment methods: credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Shop Pay. All available payment methods are shown during checkout. Payments are processed through encrypted connections.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days (see our separate Return and Refund Policy).

9. Warranty

The statutory liability for defects applies.

10. Note on drones

When operating drones, the applicable regulations (EU drone regulation, where applicable EU proof of competency, labelling and insurance obligations) must be observed on your own responsibility.

11. Dispute resolution

Online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We do not participate in consumer arbitration proceedings.

12. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
