1. Delivery area

We ship to Germany and to the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain. We currently do not ship to other countries. During checkout you can only select countries we actually deliver to.

2. Order processing and dispatch

Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding German public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched you receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number by email.

3. Shipping costs

Germany, standard shipping: 5.99 € (free from 55 € order value)
Germany, express shipping: 9.99 €
European Union, standard shipping: 13.99 € (free from 55 € order value)

The exact shipping cost for your order is always shown during checkout before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden fees.

4. Delivery services and transit times

Your order is dispatched directly from our international partner warehouses, primarily located in Asia, and delivered by an established parcel carrier with tracking. The carrier depends on the warehouse that fulfills your order. Import handling for deliveries to Germany and the EU is taken care of by us and our partners; the price you pay at checkout is final. Returns are sent to our address in Germany (please contact us first, see our Return and Refund Policy).

Standard shipping (Germany and EU): usually 5 to 8 business days after dispatch. Including processing, your order normally arrives within 1 to 2 weeks; in rare cases delivery can take up to 3 weeks.
Express shipping (Germany): usually 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

5. Order tracking

Every order is shipped with tracking. You receive your tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is on its way. Please note that it can take 1 to 3 days until the first events appear in the tracking.

6. Delays

In exceptional cases (public holidays, high order volume, customs clearance) delays may occur. If you have questions about your shipment, contact us at info@skyloadout.com and we will check the status for you.

7. Partial deliveries

Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate shipments. No additional shipping costs apply to you.

8. Lost or missing packages

If your order has not arrived within 14 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@skyloadout.com with your order number. We will investigate the shipment with our shipping partner and, if the package cannot be located, send you a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

9. Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive a wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
